I am overly excited for March 23. But then, my adviser in thesis decidedly to re-schedule our pre-oral defense on the same day. Fcuk! This is the worst. Aisht! T,T
For our newspaper issue, I have to write a feature article. I have to choose between this new Korean Restaurant in Libjo, Batangas City and Bob Ong’s new book “Lumayo Ka Nga Sa Akin”.
I already bought Mr. Ong’s book the moment it hit national bookstore but I am hesitant since I have to interview Mr. Ong personally. LOL. I can’t stalk him all the way to Manila. I have on-the-job training in Batangas.
Anyways, I tried this Korean Restaurant. 오누이 “Onue” which means Brother and Sister Korean Restaurant. Honestly speaking, I am in heaven. Seriously. My friends are laughing at me. Everything about the restaurant screamed KOREA. Their food is great. The ambiance… the wall (with of course, 2NE1 posters, and other famous Korean drama like baker king) , the chair, the metal chopsticks, the rice… everything!
Here are the pictures I get. The quality is not good since I didn’t brought my camera with me. (I almost forgot to take pictures since I am in my “own little world” hehehe.)

So yeah, that’s all I got. Side dishes and a kimbap. T,T Since we all ate the main course. (I’ll be back there, hmp, swear.)
So I was with my friend when I saw this magazine with a really gorgeous dramatic model as their photo cover. I am into photography so I took note of it. I thought, ‘Wow, it looks not photoshopped. Really good. Looks like… Park Bom. Yeah, Park Bom. So gorgeous.’
That’s when I realized it is really Park Bom of 2NE1.

It is a stolen shot from their concert here in the Philippines “The Party”. It has a different caption but what I really like was the caption, blackjacks table, something like that.
I seriously went crazy. Because it is a back to back cover and at the other side was Super Junior’s Siwon. It says about the things ELF has. I think it was the coverage of their last concert in the Philippines.
I can’t take my hands off the magazine, seriously. I want to buy it right there and then. But I forgot my money since I don’t plan on buying anything.
It is worth of P380. I calculate how much I have.

And my friend wants to tear me apart since I can’t decide. Why does my salary is really late? This is really some serious matter I can’t just let passed.
And my friend was like…

So in the end, I put the magazine at the deepest part of the shelves so no one can get it. (Hahahaha) I decided to get it tomorrow.

Now, my friend realize how serious I am in terms of this matter. (She also comments how beautiful Bom is. Hahaha :))
You know, this is just one of the daily routine a K-pop fans has.
We international fans rarely saw our idols on our TV and local magazines, we just saw them in the internet, that’s why we go crazy once we’re given a chance to see one. I am a proud kpop fan that’s why.
